Based on the simultaneous hypothesis testing, the four independent variables have a significant effect on the decision to visit tourists to Tanjung Bias Beach. Partially, word of mouth (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit tourists; this can be seen from the t-count value of 5.816, greater than the t-table value of 1.995. Social media promotion (X1), Attraction (X3) and Facilities (X4) have no significant effect on tourist visits, and show that the result of the multiple linear determination coefficient (R2) is 0.648, or 65%. This means that the degree of influence of the independent variable (X) on the variable (Y) is 65%.</em></p>2023-11-04T06:37:57+07:00Copyright (c) 2022 Lalu Masyhudi, Ni Putu Ajeng Chelsania, Sri Susanty, Murianto Murianto, I Ketut Purwata, Lalu Satria Utamahttps://jurnal.poltekapp.ac.id/index.php/JMIL/article/view/1298Business Strategy Models MSMEs Corn in West Java; An overview of the aspects of entrepreneurial and environmental orientation external2024-01-09T06:10:27+07:00Mochamad Achyarsyahachyarsyah@polman-bandung.ac.idHeny Hendrayatihenyhendrayati@upi.eduRahmy Karimah Syahidahrahmykarimah53@gmail.comMohammad Nurdinmdnd@polman-bandung.ac.idAchmad Muhammadamuhammad@polman-bandung.ac.idIndonesia has many corn-producing areas, but the need for corn still cannot be fulfilled because several regions cannot produce corn to the fullest, especially in West Java. Besides that, The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a need for more corn buyers, both from factories and collectors, to absorb corn yields from farmers. This condition indicates that the climate for small and medium business activities in the agricultural sector, especially corn, still needs to be more conducive and optimal. This study aims to analyze the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation and External Environment on Business Strategy. The data collection results were analyzed using the Pearson correlation method and linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that business strategy is influenced by entrepreneurial orientation and the external environment. Entrepreneurial orientation and the external environment must be honed and continuously improved to impact innovative business strategies' power significantly.2023-11-04T06:37:57+07:00Copyright (c) 2023 Mochamad Achyarsyah, Heny Hendrayati, Rahmy Karimah Syahidah, Mohammad Nurdin, Achmad Muhammadhttps://jurnal.poltekapp.ac.id/index.php/JMIL/article/view/1301Effects Of Transformational Leadership, Training, And Job Satisfaction On Employee Performance With Organizational Commitment As A Between Variable2024-01-09T06:10:27+07:00Yusuf Ronny Edwardyusufronnyedward@unprimdn.ac.idKuras Purbakuraspurba69@gmail.comThis study aims to determine and analyze the effects of transformational leadership, training, and job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment at PT Asia Mulia Transpacific.
