Abstract

This community service activity was carried out with the aim of improving the managerial capacity and operational quality of the Vandessa Fashion Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) as one of the business actors in the creative industry sector. This program focuses on mentoring in strengthening business legal aspects, improving branding, and optimizing digital marketing strategies in response to the dynamics of competition in the local fashion industry. The methods used included initial observation, interviews, training, and ongoing mentoring to identify business needs and provide applicable solutions. The results of the activity showed an increase in business owners' understanding of the importance of a Business Identification Number (NIB), improvements in the quality of brand visual identity, and increased skills in utilizing social media as a promotional tool. In addition, this program also encouraged increased awareness of the importance of product standardization and more organized business administration. Overall, this community service has had a positive impact on the development of the Vandessa Fashion Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) business and strengthened its competitiveness in the creative fashion industry market.
