The Effect of Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction and Performance

Abstract
The present study aims to examine the effect of work motivation on job performance and satisfaction and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on job performance. To this end, 109 employees in the Provincial Human Resource Management Agency (BKD) of Yogyakarta. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using AMOS. The result showed that work motivation positively and significantly affected job satisfaction and performance. Meanwhile, job satisfaction was found to positively and significantly affect employee performance.
