IMPLEMENTASI DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING UNTUK MENENTUKAN AKTOR PADA RANTAI PASOK

Abstract

ABSTRAK

 

 

Pada sebuah rantai pasok penentuan aktor pemasok, produsen dan konsumen, menjadi fokus  dari arus  material yang efektif. Pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebuah studi kasus pada komoditas rumput laut, meliputi aktor petani rumput laut (plant), penampungan (warehouse), pengolahan awal (initial product), pengemasan (packing), dan pengguna akhir (final product). Terdapat lima objek yang diamati dari setiap aktor, yang  akan menjadi pengamatan. Metodologi penelitian yang dimanfaatkan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang dimulai dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang terlibat disetiap aktor. Kuesioner memperhatikan faktor sumberdaya alam (natural resources),sumber daya manusia (labour), darana pendukung (infrastructure), peralatan yang dimanfaatkan (technology), pendidikan (education), kebijakan (policy), serta kondisi ekonomi (economy).Hasil survey diberikan bobot, dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil pembotan selanjutnya  menjadi masukan untuk programa dinamis, di mana dihasilkan beberapa alternatif rantai pasok, yang akan dipilih. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan programa dinamis, secara efektif telah mampu mendapatkan aktor yang mampu secara berkesinambungan untuk bekerjasama mengalirkan arus material dari hulu ke hilir, yang ditunjukkan oleh Efektifitas  akumulasi bobot yang terbesar.
